Providers can subscribe to notifications for selected patients who experience a specific event (ED admit) or match a pre-identified criteria (3 ED admits in 30 days) or to track a cohort (diabetic population).

SDHC facilitates Electronic Lab Reporting (ELR), Syndromic Surveillance, and vaccines to the public health department.

Direct Secure Messaging utilizes the Direct Standard™, a technical standard for exchanging health information between health care entities in a trusted network. Direct is secure, easy-to-use, inexpensive, and approved for use by nationally-recognized experts and organizations.
